Find a shady oasis amid the Lillooet heat at this quiet campground. Situated on a private and lush park-like setting (and away from the trains and busy highway) with a mountain and river view. Lots of wildlife in an around the campground. A very quiet camping experience with no barking dogs or loud music. Located 3 minutes from downtown, Fort Berens Winery, close to hiking and biking trails, and Seton Lake for swimming, canoeing, kayaking and paddle boarding. Cliff and Gorge Winery and Sheep Pasture Golf Course is just up the road.

This private suite is newly renovated with new Queen bed, AC and is detached from the house with your own entrance and 3 piece en suite. There is a seating area out on your own porch. A full continental breakfast with locally sourced ingredients is provided. Microwave, coffee maker and basic utensils in suite. *No dogs allowed.

A one-room cozy cabin with bunk beds, a private porch and a parking space. Ideal for motorbikers, cyclists or for those just wanting a quiet get away. No electricity or cooking facilities. There is a shared flush bathroom, water and hot shower. Linens, basic tableware and utensils are provided. *No dogs allowed.

R E S E R V A T I O N S
Provide type and size of RV (Motorhome or trailer), number of travellers in party, number of tents, vehicles and dates of travel. We will send invoice to pay online. Credit card information and license number is required upon arrival.
C A N C E L L A T I O N
No refund on RV and tent sites. No refund on Cabin and B&B. This includes all no-shows, forfeitures, early departures, road closures, flight cancellations, evictions, illness, lockdowns or inclement weather.

Our secure internet service is excellent and available exclusively for our guests so all access is password-protected. Wifi is unlimited.
Q U I E T H O U R S
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8 AM. Please be courteous to your fellow guests, and respect the Quiet Hours. Generators not allowed from 8pm to 8am. You may be asked to turn them off.

No pets allowed without prior approval.

No more than 2 tents allowed at tent sites except site #1. Trailers up to 20' (6m) (some exemptions). Motorhomes up to 34' (10m).
